PRESENT WERE: Vice Chair Robert McCarthy, Steve Ross, and Alternate Stephen Martino seated for Harold Thompson.
PUBLIC HEARING
EAST SHORE POINTE SUBDIVISION – The applicant submitted a letter granting the commission a 30 day extension to continue the public hearing.
REGULAR MEETING
LOT LINE MODIFICATION – THOMAS COTY AND RICHARD DIESEL – 8 SPRUCE AVENUE
Steve Ross made a motion to receive the application. Stephen Martino seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
READING AND APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 10, 2009 MINUTES
Steve Ross made a motion to waive the reading of the minutes and approve them as submitted. Stephen Martino seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
